Returns & Exchanges

Here's our easy "Return & Exchange" policy. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

1. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s). All returned items must be in "new condition" and include all original packaging (tags, etc…).

2. We will refund the full price paid for the returned item(s). However, shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping expenses.

3. The date and time as found on the package (also known as the post-mark date) will be used as the official "return date" to determine if the return or exchange was mailed out by the customer within the allotted 30 day period. Please remember to retain all tracking information.
